2023 Features Roadmap
CykoMetrix plans ahead so you can benefit from more opportunities to measure how your assessments and overlay services add value to your enterprise clients, up to improvements in their ROI.
In 2023, the CykoMetrix platform will become a marketplace of assessments, coming from dozens of excellent assessment providers, and will offer incredible monitoring, cross-correlation and will use AI to deliver customized results, and more.
Q1-Q2 2023 Rollout
- New and improved UI and user experience: we took a significant amount of effort, based on partner feedback, to reorganize and create a better flow for our user interface. Now, the menus are separated in high level actions: Dashboard, Manage, Assessments, and Reports, creating and intuitive experience for all our users.
- More assessments: we'll be adding some new full text assessments, some of which coming from other assessment providers, many of which we are adding based on community feedback.
- Big Five Personality Traits assessment
- Temperament and Characters Inventory (Cloninger, 1994)
- Values in Action Inventory of Strengths (Peterson, 2004)
- Oregon Vocational Interest Scales (Pozzebon, 2010)
- Oregon Avocational Interest Scales (Goldberg, 2010)
- 360 Degree Assessment
- Multiple English language and math competency assessments (from an assessment partner)
- Other varied psychometrics assessments (ex: customer centric sales influence, extrovert OR introvert, another emotional intelligence assessment, leadership behavior, resilience, interpersonal wellness, etc...) (all from external assessment partners.
- Assessment marketplace: assessments from assessment-makers and partners will be bundled, branded and sold as add-ons to our core system assessments (subscriptions), priced as the assessment-maker sees fit. When you set up a client Account, you get to choose which bundle you wish to add on top of the core assessments, or add some along the way if you see you need more measuring tools.
Q3-Q4 2023 Rollout
- Integration of biometrics and artificial intelligence (AI): we are discussing with partners that work with biometrics, electroencephalogram (EEG), and artificial intelligence (AI) driven data to generate more interesting reports and more importantly to use in our human data analysis platform and for benchmarking, mapping, graphing and more.
- New reporting displays: new ways to manipulate data and display benchmarks, to compare against communities, organizations and other data types. More visualizations.
- Additional languages: starting with French and one or two other languages for the platform and language specific assessments.
- 100+ assessments: by the end of the year, we should have more than 100 assessments in the marketplace available to our partners. Some of these will be well-known assessments, others will be extremely niche in what they measure, and yet others will be focused on measuring teams. All assessments, one platform.
